That kind of speed puts it right in line with some of the more premium models we&#8217;ve tested. It has more than enough power to handle most routing tasks in low to medium-density woods, and even cured resins and MDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This router displayed truly confident power when we put it to the test here at our shop. We alternated between a large classic round-over, dovetail, and edge trimming bits and felt very little resistance from the tool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kicking things up a notch, we chucked up a 1\/2-inch rabbet bit to see how it would handle a high-demand cut.
