If you&#8217;re going to use a drill a few times per year to hang some pictures or install some cabinet fixtures, this might be the right Ryobi drill for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This drill&#8217;s under-$60 price point makes it my pick for the best budget Ryobi drill\u2014 and that&#8217;s the kit price! The PCL201K1 achieves speeds of up to 600 RPM, with a weight of 2.8 pounds including the kitted  1.5Ah battery. One thing to note is that this tool has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.protoolreviews.com\/brushed-vs-brushless-motors\/\">brushed motor<\/a>, which means it&#8217;s not as efficient as its brushless counterparts.
